Who should advertise?

Whether you have a product or service to sell to appraisers, or are an appraisal management company or lender, the Appraisal Buzz Newsletter is the most effective method for reaching the appraisal community.

What is Career Buzz?

Career Buzz, formerly the Jobs Bulletin, is the employment and career center for the appraisal community. If you are a lender or management company this is the place to be. Trainees… need a mentor? Appraisers-- are you seeking a career move?

What's involved?

Tower ads are placed in the right-hand column of every newsletter and button ads appear just below those. Plain text ads appear at the top of the newsletter, before the content begins. Footer ads run across the bottom of each newsletter. The newsletter is published on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to more than 75,000 subscribers. Just send an email to jim@appraisalbuzz.com requesting a spot on the calendar.

We advise considering an annual contract to guarantee regular placement on the calendar and to take advantage of volume discounts on pricing. An annual contract also includes a free button placed on the Buzz website.

If you also want to control the content of the newsletter, we will gladly arrange it. You may do something in an interview format, press release or article.

All content and advertising elements must be sent 48 hours before your ad is to be launched. All advertisements must conform to our Advertising Specifications.

How do I create the ad?

For a text ad and/or banner ad, either send approximately 75 words and/or attach your JPEG or GIF banner ad to jim@appraisalbuzz.com. Send this information 48 hours before your ad is to be launched. All advertisements must conform to our Advertising Specifications.
