We are seeking experienced licensed and/or certified review appraisers in a number of states for our innovative valuation solutions. Our tailored valuation solutions represent the most comprehensive review and collateral risk assessment tools available in the market. Our products provide lenders with a line of defense against appraisal fraud and inflated value conclusions on a nationwide basis, while easing the complexities of the collateral lending decision.
Qualifications:
• Candidates should have a minimum of five years appraisal experience, as well as some experience of residential collateral due   
   diligence or residential review.
• Candidates must have extensive experience in desktop appraisal review, complex valuations, and familiarity with the intricacies of
   mortgage lending, especially in troubled or declining markets.
• Candidates must demonstrate organizational, analytical and research skills, as well as the ability to conceptualize issues and
   develop complex processes, procedures and solutions with attention to detail.
• Candidates should have excellent written communication skills, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Excel.

Seeking Experienced Real Estate Appraisers

Stickelman, Schneider & Associates, LLC is seeking experienced real estate appraisers in the following cities: Louisville, Lexington, Cincinnati, Dayton, Cleveland and Columbus. Qualified residential and commercial appraisers are needed. Candidates must hold a current Certified Residential or Certified General license in Ohio, Kentucky or Indiana.

License must be in good standing. Both staff positions and independent contractor positions are available.

S&S Real Estate Appraisal Service Inc.

Appraisers Needed!

1. S & S has been contracted to do forensic appraisal review and retro appraisal review. 

  • It requires us to have our staff appraisers working in one of two locations, one in Sussex, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, and in Lincolnshire, Illinois.
  • Hours of operation is 7 - 7 daily, with weekend hours determined by need.
  • The volume we are expecting should keep us busy for some time 
  •  There is some training involved, 4-5 days (Paid $400 for the week) 
  •  Pay is based on a fee split ($40 per completed file)
  •  It is estimated that you can do 5 maybe 6 in a day once you learn the process
  • There is a flexible schedule available with minimum 3 days a week that allows you to still do traditional residential appraisals

 2. As an S & S Employee you would have access to:

 3. Benefit to the Appraisers

  • Continuous work
  • Allows you to turn down cut rate AMCs and Lenders that misuse appraisers
  • Can keep you busy during our normal slow periods
  • Provides a steady income source
  • Signing bonus of $500 after 6 months and other $500 after 1 year for the right person(s).
  • Become part of our growing company, with size comes strength to negotiate with National lenders and AMC’s.

 4. Requirements

  • Licensed/Certified Appraiser (Certified preferred and FHA approved a plus)
  • Background check - conducted by Contracting company
  • Drug Test - Scheduled thru Contracting company
  • Employee Contract with S & S Real Estate Appraisal Service, Inc.
