Field Appraiser
- Certified or Licensed with 10+ years of residential experience.
- Experience valuing properties for resale and determining the real value of the home.
- Must be familiar with value reductions based on rehabilitation issues.
Review Appraiser
- 10 + years of corporate desktop review experience.
- Minimum of eight to ten years experience with appraisal review or valuation of single family, 2-4 family, condominium, cooperative, land trusts, leasehold and factory-built properties.
- Fraud Investigation Experience
- Demonstrated ability to calculate loan-to-value ratios, utilize market extraction, and derive gross rent multipliers is required; preferred to have experience of developing cap rates and discounted cash flow analysis

Chief Appraiser
PCVMURCOR, A multifaceted, real estate appraisal, analysis and consultation firm located in Pomona California is seeking a Management level Chief Appraiser to be the top technical interface with the major national lending institutions across the country.
Specific management responsibilities will include:
Company wide policy and procedure development
Acting as the top technical interface with major financial institutions
Analysis of valuation trends affecting the various regions of the country
Representation of the company at National conferences and meetings
Representation of the company to government officials at the State and Federal level who may be involved in residential valuation issues.
This management level position is primarily responsible for building and managing the policies and procedures of PCVMURCOR that effect accuracy, turn time and the company image of customer service and quality. This position is one of the primary drivers of the company’s Strategic Direction. The successful individual will support the sales force as a senior level technical advisor during high level sales presentations.
Most of the work will be performed from the office located near the 57, 210, 10 and 60 freeways in Southern California.
The ideal candidate will have:
Several years of national residential appraisal experience and some previous management responsibility.
A current Certified Residential Appraisal License or above
Strong people skills with the ability to relate to top appraisal management personnel at major financial institutions
A desire to play a major role in building a business
Good customer service skills
Excellent technical and writing skills
Previous Bank or Commercial Mortgage Company management experience with National Responsibility
