The response to the survey is more impressive every year. We had just over 2000 survey responses this year which is almost double when compared to last year. That is significant. The survey was organized around several themes- HVCC, your professional practice, education, the future of appraising, the economy, and other topics. All of these issues are so intertwined it is difficult to discuss one topic without overlapping into the next.
