| Valuation Expos began in December 2003 with a bang. The very first event had 350 attendees making it the largest event held that year for real estate appraisal professionals. The Valuation Expo events are held once a year. The largest event to date was in Las Vegas in May 2004 with almost 800 attendees and 50 exhibitors. No other trade show comes close.
