Steve Drake has been involved in banking for 35 years with management roles for over 20 coordinating and/or managing annual reviews by the OTS, the OCC, the FDIC, state examiners and GSE’s and others.  He has overseen bank policy for lending and collateral and wrote and/or managed procedural and operational manuals for various lending, appraisal and other departments, as well as provided review and input for credit operations policies and procedures.  He has completed numerous compliance and operational reviews and examinations and provided instruction to other compliance personnel on exam development.  He has reported to senior management and Boards results of reviews and examinations and directed the mitigation of issues to management’s satisfaction.
