Thanks once again for assisting us with the National Appraisal Survey. It is important to the entire profession that your voice is heard. This survey is widely read by regulators, lenders, AMCs and vendors.

Your feedback is important to the Allterra Group team. Understanding what the burning issues are helps us develop webinars and educational opportunities that you deem important.

There is no activity that we do at Allterra Group that does not touch appraisers. The health and welfare of the appraisal profession is of foremost importance to us. We want to thank the over 2000 appraisal industry professionals who took the time to fill this out and let us know how they view the profession.

Our Appraisal Buzz newsletter reaches 76,000 subscribers. Valuation Expo is your best opportunity to “press the flesh” with your software vendors, clients and prospects. In today’s digital world it is important to maintain those personal contacts that we all overlook as we do our daily work.

This year we launched our first edition of the Appraisal Buzz magazine. We are quite proud of it. We hope it is well received and supported by the industry. If you didn’t receive the print copy check our website for the digital version.

I think we know all too well that the appraisal profession has been in a state of perpetual change. Stay tuned for mini surveys or polls throughout the year on emerging issues.

This is a good survey. But It would be great if it showed year over year trends. If you ask the same questions every year then it could illuminate how the profession is changing.

76,000 subscribers and you’ve never once offered to help organize appraisers. Hmmm
