A few highlights from the 2016 survey results. Appraisal fraud is considered to be the most pressing issue facing appraisers today. The opinion on whether or not new appraisal forms would be helpful is pretty much split down the middle and most agree that the industry does not need more regulation and enforcement.
I think we know all too well that the appraisal profession has been in a state of perpetual change. Stay tuned for mini surveys or polls throughout the year on emerging issues.
