ACI Sky™ Delivery Platform Integrates with ExaTech’s VIBe® Platform to Support Appraisal Compliance

PALM COAST, Fla., — ACI announced today that ExaTech, a Pittsburgh-based technology company, is in production with ACI Sky Delivery, an appraisal delivery portal that reduces revision requests, minimizes overrides, and improves the overall appraisal delivery and review process for lenders, appraisers and appraisal management companies. VIBe®, the ExaTech platform for managing appraisal, BPO, title, closing and flood services, is now fully integrated with ACI Sky Delivery.

ACI Sky Delivery is an enterprise appraisal delivery platform that includes an appraiser-facing web interface that applies dynamic rules and renders real-time results, including hard stops, prior to posting the file for further review. Sky Delivery leverages PAR® Logic, ACI’s comprehensive collateral risk rules library that incorporates four levels of analysis with more than 1,200 rules for Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD), Government Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) and appraisal compliance. The extensive rules library spans multiple categories designed to reduce exceptions and identify any potential risks.

“We value the innovation and scalability of the ACI Sky Delivery solution and its support for appraisal compliance,” said Doug Mitro, president of ExaTech. “This integrated solution will play an integral role in rounding out the VIBe appraisal management platform.”

“Sky Delivery provides VIBe clients and downstream users with a scalable appraisal delivery solution that renders numerous process efficiencies and ACI’s best-in-class PAR Logic compliance,” stated George Opelka, senior vice president of ACI. “We are fully committed in our efforts to keep ExaTech and its clients ahead of the compliance curve.”
