Michael Perry is a Certified Residential Appraiser serving Western Massachusetts with more than 18 years of experience in the appraisal industry. In 2015, he started his own appraisal company which focuses on a diverse mixture of lending and private residential appraisal services. Michael has developed a strong private appraisal business segment through a unique blend of social media interaction, personal relationships developed with other professionals in the real estate industry, and maintaining a blog at reappraisalblog.wordpress.com which discusses appraisal topics as well as life experiences as they relate to running a business.
