William L. Rogers, JR
William L. Rogers, JR. was appointed Georgia Real Estate Commissioner in January 2011 and is the CEO of the Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board. Prior to his appointment, he was a partner with the Law Firm of Whelchel, Dunlap, Jarrad & Walker, LLP from 1976 to 2011. Mr. Rogers practiced with the firm for 40 years, concentrating his practice in commercial real estate and banking law during the past several years. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1971 and is a member of the Gainesville-Northeastern Bar Association, serving as president from 1988-1989. He has also served on the Executive Committee of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
