Ocean City, MD – On Wednesday, May 11th, Joan Trice, CEO and Founder of Allterra Group, Steve Linville, President of Allterra Group and Greg Stephens, Chief Appraiser, SVP Compliance for Metro-West Appraisal Company and Co-Chair of CRN Government Relations Committee spent the day on Capitol Hill in meetings with Congressional Staff continuing discussions relating to some of the challenges facing the appraisal industry.
During those meetings Joan, Steve and Greg shared information regarding CRN’s prior assistance on national appraisal policy, recommendations for inclusion of appraisal process reforms in future Housing Finance Reforms to help regain confidence in the underlying values of residential real estate.
As a follow up to those meetings, CRN will be providing appraisal industry subject matter expert (SME) resources providing Congressional Staff with industry-related information as a component of Housing Finance Reforms.
