Ocean City, MD – November 6, 2018 – Crispin Bennett has been appointed Chief Operating Officer at Allterra Group, LLC.

Crispin first joined Collateral Risk Network as a member in early 2000’s when he was serving as Chief Appraiser for one of the largest AMCs in the nation at that time. Since then, Crispin has served as Chief Collateral Risk Officer for several large banks providing oversight of operations and compliance of residential and commercial valuation and collateral risk operations, and most recently served as Chief Valuation Officer for Finance of America, a Blackstone company, one of the largest non-bank lenders in the U.S. Crispin has a unique and well-rounded perspective as a bank executive, independent fee appraiser, collateral risk/compliance specialist, and governance expert. He has always been a respected voice as an instructor and contributor in valuation and the lending industry, and served as subject matter expert for government, banking regulators, and policy makers.
