Who is DS Murphy?
DS Murphy is a 25-year-old, appraiser-owned appraisal firm currently operating in 7 states and growing.
We hire the best appraisers in each of our markets as W-2 employees, and we offer excellent earning potential with a full menu of benefits. We are looking to hire qualified appraisers to meet the current significant increase in demand for now and into the foreseeable future.

We have approximately 75 appraisers creating an enormous internal network that feeds our collaborative spirit. With our experience and guidance, you will be afforded the opportunity to help build a team of appraisers in your market which can significantly increase your earnings. In fact, many of our appraisers have owned their own fee business in the past, but are maximizing their earnings through partnering with DS Murphy due to diverse product offerings and diverse client base, best-in-class trainee development/team building program, and proven methods to grow your business in conjunction with free education through DS Murphy’s accredited Academy of Real Estate.
As W-2 employees, our appraisers enjoy benefits such as a 401K with a company match, healthcare insurance including dental and vision, and a paid vacation program. We also have a full-time admin staff to assist you and keep things flowing. We run payroll every two weeks you are paid when the appraisal is completed meaning you do not have to wait until the company is paid. Our admin staff handles all invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable helping to free you to do what you do best, the appraisal analysis.
