I think it would be far more beneficial to see an exercise with a house that is more similar to the neighborhood and where the price point is significantly lower. It appears to me that one appraiser completely missed the boat on quality or 5 appraisers did. Curious to see if the bias holds true with model match homes.
I’m definitely interested in learning more about racial discrimination in the industry and being an agent of change. Most of the stuff I have seen is far too vague to make any determination.
