Mortgage servicing veteran Michael Blair recently joined LoanCare, a ServiceLink company, as chief administrative officer.
Blair has more than 30 years’ experience in the mortgage industry with a focus on servicing, default and loss mitigation. He has extensive knowledge of global customer service centers and servicing platforms.
He most recently served as chief operating officer at Cenlar.
LoanCare reports that it has grown over the last five years and now serves more than 1.4 million customers.
The company offers full-service subservicing, component subservicing and interim subservicing as well as technology solutions.
