The New Appraisal Buzz Forum is Here

Appraisers are paid for their opinion. Their opinions are one of the most important parts of the mortgage process. Yet, we see a lot of you like to give your opinions away for free! Because of that, we’ve modified the Appraisal Buzz website to include a Forum open discussion. If you haven’t had a chance yet to check it out, take some time to hit us with your opinions in the Appraisal Buzz forum.

We’ve listened to your opinions and made the forum an even more interactive place for appraisers. We got rid of the Facebook profile requirement a lot of you disliked so you will need to create a new profile. There is no cost to join the forum, but you can upgrade to a Buzz Premium Membership and get free access to everything in our Buzz Store. This includes the AMC directory, the Buzz Magazine, all of our webinars, discounts to Valuation Expo and much more!

Let’s talk about what you can find on the forum… We have Scott Reuter on the Freddie Mac Channel in our Forums. We also have James Heaslet of the VA on a channel. We get a lot of emails about how to get on the panel for VA or what some of the requirements are. He can answer direct questions about anything VA for you. There are a ton of other channels to discuss the latest news and articles in the industry.

If all those weren’t reasons enough to check out our Buzz Forum, we have some amazing news that just might change your mind. Now through August 20th we will be giving away one free trade show pass to the best post of the week… EVERY WEEK! That is 15 chances for you to attend Valuation Expo in Las Vegas for free. The best post could be the craziest DIY project you encountered on an inspection, the funniest appraiser joke or story, a conversation starter that gets people talking, or just tell your favorite Buzz staff member what a great job they are doing. (Our Buzz staff will be picking the winners and we are always open to flattery!)

If you have any issues getting signed up, shoot us an email at help@appraisalbuzz.com. We’d love to help you get signed on. We are looking forward to seeing some of those opinions!
