College Station, Texas, – Whitmer Education Services, Inc. has announced the date and location of its 1st Annual Attacking & Defending an Appraisal in Litigation Legal Conference. The conference will be held in Austin, Texas at the Norris Conference Center on November 17-18, 2016. This conference is designed for appraisers, attorneys, property tax professionals, property tax consultants, board enforcement officers and anyone specializing in appraisal and issues around appraisals.
The conference will feature some exciting speakers including Ken Farmer, who is featured on a popular appraisal show on public television as well as conference moderator, Ted Whitmer. Ted will bring his expertise as an appraiser and lawyer to deliver a proven model for appraisal in litigation. Other speakers will cover a wide range of topics all related to appraisal in litigation.
This course has been approved for 14.5 MCLE hours and 2 Ethics hours for attorneys in Texas. It has also been approved for 16 hours for appraisers through the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board. We have other agencies and organizations pending CE approvals.
