You’re Not Going to Want to Miss This!

I am starting to get excited about our 15th anniversary Valuation Expo event. I was just wrapping up a conversation with Bill Black yesterday who will be our Keynote speaker on Tuesday, October 2nd. He is truly impressive. I had an opportunity to spend some time with him in Charleston at our Spring event earlier this year. He is a dynamic speaker, to say the least.

It has been 10 years since the failure of Lehman Brothers and the timing could not be any better. Bill will be discussing the aftermath of the housing crisis and I promise, he will “knock it out of the park.”

There will be over 600 real estate appraiser professionals at Valuation Expo this year, October 1st-3rd in Las Vegas. We’re bringing together the biggest names and the biggest opportunities at the biggest appraiser event – all for you.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are really “going big” this year by taking center stage. They will be presenting Policy Updates during the general session plus a small interactive focus group on UAD and New Forms. They are committed to engaging all stakeholders. You really need to be where the action is. We still may have a few spots available and it is never too late to register for Valuation Expo.

The Appraisal Institute is not only our Platinum Sponsor but will also be offering a 4-hour CE course instructed by Craig Steinley, SRA,AI-RRS, President of AARO. We are eager to hear what Craig has learned through his experiences. This seminar is going to answer many of the questions appraisers have about the regulatory boards.

I don’t think I have ever seen so many vendors on the trade show floor before with so many new products and services. This is the part that personally excites me the most as I get to meet the entrepreneurs who make this all happen.

This is an important time for our industry to join together. I look forward to seeing you for a truly landmark event.
